At Dom kulture Silosi Beograd, from 7 to 26 October 2025, the tenth edition of the art+science festival, titled Paths of Technology, was held. Through contemporary art and scientific research, it raised questions about the relationship between technology, memory, time, and intergenerational dialogue.

The festival’s central exhibition brought together ten artworks realized in different media—from interactive and multimedia installations, through video and film, to performative and research formats. Through a carefully conceived curatorial concept, the audience was invited to view technology not only as a tool, but as an active participant in shaping contemporary experience and collective memory.

One of the key works in the exhibition was the installation Resonant Memories, by Julija Sion and Nuno N. Correia from the University of Tallinn. The work emerged through a participatory process with nearly one hundred older participants from different cities across Serbia, whose personal memories and experiences with technology were transformed into tactile and sound sculptures. Through interaction with the installation, visitors could explore individual narratives and consider generational perspectives in a technologically shaped world.

The exhibition also included works that reflected on contemporary society from different angles—from questions of time and digital attention, through invisible technological infrastructures, to poetic interpretations of cosmic and natural phenomena. In this way, the Silo exhibition space became a meeting point of artistic expression, scientific thought, and active audience participation.

As part of the broader festival program, introductory activities were also held during the summer in the Silosi Honey Garden, which—through workshops and educational formats—announced the themes and interdisciplinary approach of this year’s exhibition.

The tenth edition of the art+science festival attracted nearly 5,000 visitors, confirming the importance of Silosi Beograd as a relevant platform for contemporary artistic and scientific practices, as well as a space for open dialogue between artists, researchers, and the public.
