The Kundalini yoga program was held at Silosi Beograd, where, through a dynamic and transformative practice, it brought together participants interested in deeper inner work. This royal yoga worked on all five levels of being - physical, mental, spiritual, soulful, and emotional - providing a comprehensive experience of personal development and empowerment.

The program was led by instructor Una Senić, who, through carefully designed kriyas, breathing techniques, and meditative segments, guided participants toward strengthening the body, stabilizing the mind, and raising the level of awareness. The practice encouraged participants to push their own limits, develop inner strength, and connect with their authenticity.

Each session served as a space for releasing stress and emotional blockages, as well as for building a community based on support, understanding, and shared values.

The program also had a humanitarian character. Funds raised through participation were intended for Danka’s treatment in Cuba. Danka, visually impaired since birth, was fighting an important battle to preserve her sight, and the community gathered through these classes provided tangible support for that goal.

This Kundalini yoga cycle left a strong impression and confirmed how much shared work, energy, and solidarity can have an impact that goes beyond the practice itself.
